No Refunds. Period.

BLAZE operates on a strict no refunds policy. All purchases are final and cannot be refunded, reversed, or exchanged under any circumstances.

1. Refund Policy

All payments made to BLAZE are final and non-refundable. Once you purchase a license and receive access to the Software, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or decision not to use the Software
  • Unsatisfactory performance or results
  • Technical issues or incompatibility with your device
  • Bans from the game (your account's fault or detected by anti-cheat)
  • Failure to read the Terms & Conditions before purchase
  • Attempting to use the Software on a platform it wasn't designed for
  • Your own negligence, mistakes, or misuse of the product
  • Personal circumstances or financial hardship
  • Refund requests made after the subscription period has started
  • Any other reason whatsoever

2. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Since all payments are processed in cryptocurrency (USDT):

  • Blockchain transactions are permanent and irreversible
  • Once sent to our wallet address, cryptocurrency cannot be retrieved or returned
  • We are not responsible for transaction errors made by you (wrong address, amount, etc.)
  • Currency exchange rate fluctuations are your responsibility
  • Network fees and transaction costs are non-refundable
  • We do not process chargebacks or reversals of any kind

3. Subscription Terms

When you purchase a subscription plan (Weekly, 14 Days, or Monthly):

  • Payment is collected upfront and is non-refundable
  • Once you receive your license key, the transaction is complete
  • No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods
  • No proration or credits are available for unused time
  • Early termination does not result in a refund

4. Game Bans & Account Suspension

BLAZE is not responsible for game bans, account suspensions, or any penalties imposed by Valve or Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC). No refunds will be issued if:

  • Your game account is banned by Valve or VAC
  • Your IP address is flagged or banned
  • You are permanently suspended from competitive matchmaking
  • Your hardware is flagged by anti-cheat systems
  • You lose cosmetics, rank, or in-game items due to a ban
  • You are banned for any reason by game publishers or anti-cheat services

You use BLAZE at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any consequences including but not limited to game bans.

5. License Termination & Violations

If your license is terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to debug or tamper with the Software
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
  • Sharing your license key with others
  • Using the license on multiple devices simultaneously
  • Fraudulent activity or chargeback attempts

No refunds will be issued. Additionally, you will be permanently banned from purchasing BLAZE licenses in the future.

6. Technical Issues & Support

If you experience technical issues with the Software:

  • Contact our support team for assistance (no refund guarantee)
  • We will attempt to resolve issues in good faith
  • Resolution does not entitle you to a refund
  • If an issue cannot be resolved, a refund will still not be issued

7. Dispute Resolution

BLAZE will not entertain refund disputes, chargebacks, claims, or reversals of any kind. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider:

  • Your license will be immediately and permanently revoked
  • You will be permanently banned from using BLAZE
  • You will be flagged in our system to prevent future purchases
  • We may pursue legal action for fraud and payment disputes

8. Promotional & Discounted Purchases

If you purchased a license using a promotional code, discount, or special offer:

  • The no refunds policy still applies in full
  • Discounts or promotional pricing does not change refund eligibility
  • No "store credit" or alternative compensation is offered

9. Acknowledgment

By purchasing BLAZE, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and understood the No Refunds Policy
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances
  • You have assumed full responsibility for your purchase decision
  • You cannot claim lack of knowledge or misunderstanding of this policy
  • No refunds will be issued regardless of circumstances or reasoning

10. Changes to Policy

This No Refunds Policy is subject to change at any time without notice. Your continued use of BLAZE constitutes acceptance of any policy changes.

THIS IS A BINDING NO REFUNDS POLICY. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

By completing any purchase with BLAZE, you irrevocably waive any right to a refund, chargeback, dispute, or reversal. This policy is absolute and applies without exception to every single customer and every single purchase, regardless of amount, reason, or circumstance.
