1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BLAZE ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not permitted to use the Software.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BLAZE for Head-to-Head (HVH) competitive gameplay on Counter-Strike 2 only. This license is valid for the duration of your paid subscription and is subject to the terms herein.

2.1 Single Device Restriction

Your license permits usage on ONE (1) device only. Sharing your license key or using it on multiple devices simultaneously is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms.

3. Permitted Use

You may only use BLAZE for lawful purposes and in HVH competitive scenarios within Counter-Strike 2. You agree not to:

• Use the Software on any platform other than Counter-Strike 2 or with any game it was not designed for
• Share, distribute, or resell your license key or access credentials
• Use the Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Software
• Use the Software to harm, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to game servers or other systems

4. Software Protection & Security

BLAZE includes advanced anti-tampering measures and security protocols to prevent unauthorized modification and ensure integrity. You acknowledge and agree:

4.1 Anti-Tampering Measures

Any attempt to debug, modify, or tamper with the Software's code, processes, or protective mechanisms is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Running the Software under a debugger or reverse engineering tool
• Modifying executable files or memory at runtime
• Bypassing or circumventing protection mechanisms
• Attempting to extract or steal proprietary code or algorithms
• Using software analysis or disassembly tools on the Software

4.2 License Termination for Tampering

If we detect any attempt to debug, tamper with, or reverse engineer the Software, your license will be immediately terminated and permanently banned. A permanent ban means:

• Immediate revocation of your license key and access to the Software
• Blacklisting of your device identifiers and hardware fingerprints
• Permanent ban from purchasing or using any BLAZE licenses in the future
• No refund will be issued for your subscription
• You will not be able to appeal or reverse this decision

5. Reverse Engineering & Intellectual Property

BLAZE's source code, algorithms, and underlying technology are confidential and protected intellectual property. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software
• Analyzing, modifying, or studying the Software's code structure
• Creating derivative works or modifications
• Sharing, distributing, or publishing any obtained source code or algorithms
• Using obtained intellectual property for commercial or personal purposes

Violation of this section will result in immediate permanent ban, legal action, and civil/criminal liability.

6. License Sharing & Multi-Device Use

Sharing your license key with others or using your license on multiple devices simultaneously is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms. Our system actively monitors and detects:

• Simultaneous logins from different devices
• Hardware fingerprint mismatches
• Suspicious geographic or network activity patterns
• License key sharing across different user accounts

If detected, your license will be permanently terminated, and you will be permanently banned from using BLAZE in the future.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous undetected status or immunity from anti-cheat systems
• Performance or specific results in gameplay
• Compatibility with all hardware or software configurations
• Freedom from bugs, errors, or malfunctions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLAZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to game bans, account suspension, or loss of game progress.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLAZE from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your use of the Software in violation of applicable laws
• Your infringement of third-party rights
• Your sharing of license keys with unauthorized parties

10. Payment & Refunds

Payment is required in USDT (cryptocurrency only). All purchases are final and non-refundable. Please see our No Refunds Policy for details.

11. License Termination

Your license automatically terminates upon expiration. We may also terminate your license immediately if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We detect unauthorized modification or tampering
• You attempt to reverse engineer or debug the Software
• We detect license sharing or multi-device use
• We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Your payment fails or is declined

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Software following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
